MSC SPHEROIDS PRESERVATION AT ROOM TEMPERAYURE
Spheroids of mesenchymal stem cells suspended in FP003B-containing medium were stored statically in sealed conical tubes under room temperature and maintained high viability after 10 days. It indicates the possibility to apply FP003B for non-crypreservation of spheroids for long distance transportation and therapy.
